PRE-MATCH BRIEFING: Aduana FC vs Asante Kotoko

The pride of the Ashanti Kingdom will travel to Dormaa once again and take on Aduana FC in the FA Cup fixture at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park on Sunday afternoon.
We sailed through to the Round of 16 after beating Benab FC 2-1 at the Babayara sports stadium in January.
Our host Aduana FC eliminated Bofoakwa Tano to set up this gigantic encounter with us.
We are unbeaten in our last three meetings against Aduana Stars in all competitions.
We are also yet to concede a goal in our last three visits to Dormaa and we hope it will continue this weekend.
Aduana FC are unbeaten at home in all competitions this season as well and we will have to be at our very best to win and advance to the next stage in the FA Cup for the first time since 2017.
We expect a tough test but coach Zerbo and his boys understand the task and will do their best to progress us to the next stage of the competition.

Maxwell Agyemang, Justice Blay, Dickson Afoakwa, Yusif Mubarik, Patrick Asmah, Isaac Oppong, Enoch Morrision , Danlad Ibrahim and Rashid Nortey have all been ruled out of the game with different degrees of injuries.
Good news however as recovered John Tedeku have made the squad list for the first time in months.
