Lord Amoah is a Warrior

We are pleased to announce the signing of Lord Amoah, an exceptional young right-back from BerekumChelsea, on a three-year contract after a successful completion of his medical in Kumasi.

At 21 years old, Lord Amoah has already made a remarkable impact in the Ghana Premier League. Last season, he played 29 games for Berekum Chelsea, having made his debut as a teenager in the 2021/2022 season.

Amoah’s addition to Asante Kotoko sees him join fellow Berekum Chelsea alum, Patrick Asiedu, further strengthening our squad.

Head coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum expressed his happiness for the new signing, stating, “Lord Amoah is an incredibly talented right-back with immense potential. His experience at such a young age and his firm determination make him a valuable asset to our team. Lord Amoah shared his excitement about joining Asante Kotoko, emphasizing his determination and ambition. “I may be young, but I know what I want and am very firm in my decisions. Despite interest from multiple teams, Asante Kotokowas always my first choice. Joining the biggest club in Ghana is a dream come true, and I am very happy .”
