Can I get a trial to play for Asante Kotoko?

We do not hold open trials. Our scouting operation works so that before any player comes to our club, they will have been initially assessed by one of our scouts. Consequently, it is not easy to obtain a place in our Academy.

We have a network of scouts across the country that constantly monitors young players. We hope that young players who want to be professional football players join a provincial or district team and/or a good Sunday team. By watching games like this, our scouts learn about players with extraordinary potential. We get regular reviews from players across the country. We do our best to bring potential players to our club for testing and evaluation. You can be sure that good competitive players will be evaluated by one of our regional patrols.

There is no easy way to become a football player. It is very important to develop your skills. The first step is to join a team that plays in a quality competition. For school-age students, this means not only being part of the school team but also representing teams from your city, county, county, and even your country. Quality youth football is very beneficial, especially in areas where school football is not available. Playing with other top players can only help you reach your potential. By the time you're 15-20, you should be at the top level for your age group and playing with other good players.
